Frequently Asked Questions
Do I get warranty on the parts purchased from Maresia Parts?
The product detail page will indicate if warranty is provided.
In most cases, a 3-month warranty is provided under the Stiba warranty conditions. (See www.stiba.nl) (This Stiba warranty includes, among other things, replacement with the same type of part.)
If a part unexpectedly becomes defective, please contact us by email and clearly state the complaint and your invoice number. (For electronic parts, a diagnostics report should be included.)
How can I make payment?
You can make payment with us using iDeal, debit card, or cash. (We do not accept credit cards)
What is the delivery time for the ordered parts?
Orders that can be shipped with the carrier will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days if the order is placed before 4:45 PM.
If the parts are delivered through our own delivery service, the delivery day will depend on the time of ordering. We personally deliver the parts to you on Tuesday and Thursday with multiple drivers. You will be informed in advance about the estimated time of delivery.
How will I know exactly when my part will be delivered?
On the day of shipment of the part, around 6:00 PM, you will receive a tracking link from the carrier, which allows you to track the package and usually provides a delivery time window. (You can start tracking the package from the day after the order)
What are the opening hours?
On weekdays, we are open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Why do you need the chassis/VIN number?
We can retrieve the original part number based on the chassis/VIN number, ensuring that the part is suitable for your car.
Where can I find the chassis/identification/VIN number?
You can find it on the vehicle registration certificate/card, and for recent cars, you can also find the number in the bottom left corner of the windshield (driver's side). The identification number consists of 17 characters.
Here are some examples of brands we deal with and their chassis numbers begin with:
- Renault/Peugeot/Citroën: VF...
- Fiat: ZFA...
- Alfa Romeo: ZAR...
- Lancia: ZLA...
How do I know what is left and what is right?
Left is the driver's side, and right is the passenger's side.
